Free estimates.
Every JunkOps job starts with a free estimate. Here is how junk removal is typically priced and what to send so your number is accurate.
Junk removal is usually priced by volume, meaning how much space the load takes on the truck or trailer, with adjustments for heavy material and extra labor. A single mattress is a small fraction of a load. A full garage cleanout might be several.
JunkOps estimates are free. Call or text 850-726-1799, describe the pile or send a photo, and you get a number before any work is scheduled. There is no obligation.
- VolumeHow much space the load takes. This is the main driver for most junk removal pricing.
- WeightDense loads like concrete, roofing shingles, or dirt cost more to dispose of than furniture and bagged junk.
- AccessUpstairs rooms, long carries, or tight spaces take more time than a curbside pile.
- Item typeSome items carry disposal surcharges at the facility, like mattresses, tires, and certain appliances.
- Demolition laborIf a shed or deck is being taken apart before hauling, that labor is part of the job.
- A photo of the actual pile from a couple of angles
- Anything heavy: concrete, tile, roofing, a full refrigerator
- Where the items are: garage, upstairs, backyard, curb
- Stairs, gate codes, or tight access
- When you need it gone

Can I get an estimate from a photo?
Send photos by text to 850-726-1799 with a short description and you will get a number back.
Is junk removal cheaper than renting a dumpster?
For a single cleanout it often is, once you add the dumpster delivery fee, rental period, and weight limits, plus the fact that you load a dumpster yourself. A dumpster tends to make more sense for a multi-week renovation with debris coming out every day.
Do you charge for the estimate visit?
No. Estimates are free.
